The fact that the company provides BPO services to 19 countries in Latin America was critical in its decision to choose Chile as a base of operations for the region. Capgemini selected Chile for a number of reasons including the country's political, financial and economic stability, telecommunications infrastructure, business environment, security, labour market costs, and the skills and knowledge of the workforce.
